rockin'

Zach, Micah, Daisy and I just got back from visiting some very good friends of ours, Mike and Lindsay, who used to live here in Conyers. They moved to Macon about 2 years ago. We don't get to see them very often so this was definitely a nice treat. We spent the weekend going out to eat, talking and watching movies. Along with laughing at Micah and laughing at poor Daisy who was getting ALOT of attention from Max, their Chesapeake Bay Retriever.

Mike is the contemporary worship leader and youth minister at a church there and we ran by their today for a few minutes. While in the youth room Micah got his thrill of the weekend by playing the drums. He plays them ALL the time after church on Sundays and turns EVERYTHING into a drum at home, but today he actually played with SOUND! The drums are electronic so Mike turned the sound on and the look of joy on his face was just too cute when he hit them for the first time and noise came out.
