a little outing

The boys and I went to the square in Covington today with the hopes of wandering in and out of a few shops and seeing the big Christmas tree. Connor's anger about sitting in the stroller and the rain that just suddenly appeared as soon as we got out of the car kept us from wandering and getting to get a close up view of the tree. The boys, meaning Micah, did get to pick out their present to Zach and then we headed to Scoops for a 'sorry it's raining and we can't see the tree' cup of ice cream. The good sugar buzz lasted just long enough for us to stop by Publix for the dinner supplies for our Christmas with the Cardozas tonight!!
