christmassing with friends

I can not say enough or be thankful enough for the friends we have been given.  When you live away from family, your friends become the family that is a part of your every day life and the bonus part of it, is that they chose you to be a part of their lives and love you like family as well.

I forgot our camera during our evening with the moons :( Steph has a picture of our traditional in front of the tree pic so hopefully I can add that soon.  It was another wonderful M&M Christmas with yummy food and sweet gifts.  Logan got two bags of goldfish and a container of crunchies and almost took Micah out when he made a grab for the rainbow goldfish.  Don't mess with that boys food!

We gave Silas a date with Mommy and Daddy complete with a pass to Game Time, gift card to Scoops and baby sister sitting so he can have them both to himself
We had decided last year to spend Christmas Eve together with Matt, Leslie, Bella and William since we're (usually) always both home on Christmas Eve so we can spend Christmas Day at our own homes.  However due to a wedding shortly after Christmas Zach and I made the decision to go to my parents before Christmas instead so our Christmas with the Cardozas came earlier and it was great. The kids made ice cream sundaes for dessert.  Lots of oreos and sprinkles were in those bowls!  And after many attempts we got a picture of all the kids looking at the camera!
