Lafayette is 45 minutes away from Chattanooga so after our days alone we spent a day with Nana and Poppy at their new house. The evening was gorgeous so we spent the entire thing outside. There was baseball, kuub, cooking over the fire and camping out. Well camping out for Zach, Micah , Connor and Logan, I slept in a bed alone and it was none too shabby!
After a good nights sleep and some more playtime we went to visit some horses down the road and then had a yummy picnic lunch in a state park and then hiked. Octobers are fantastic. Octobers with grandparents make it even better.
